By creating an account on Next Catering, you agree to these terms. Our platform serves as a bridge between culinary professionals and those seeking catering services.
2. Merchant Responsibilities
Caterers (Merchants) must provide accurate information regarding their menus, pricing, and availability. You are responsible for maintaining high food safety standards and complying with local regulations.
3. Inquiries & Bookings
A submitted inquiry does not constitute a confirmed booking. Bookings are only finalized once the caterer accepts the request and any required deposits are paid through the platform.
4. Payments & Refunds
All payments made through Next Catering are subject to the specific refund policy of the individual caterer. Next Catering's platform fees are generally non-refundable.
5. Limitation of Liability
Next Catering is a platform provider and is not liable for any disputes, damages, or food-related issues arising from the services provided by independent caterers.
